Pricing questions
Is Free really free?
Yes. Free includes 1 client and 10 AI actions per month. No credit card is required, and it stays free forever.
What is an AI action?
It is one completed request to Ask the assistant, such as editing a training or food plan from a sentence, drafting changes for approval, or sending a client message when you ask.
What happens when I reach a cap?
If you reach the client cap, upgrade to add another client. If you use all AI actions, you can keep working manually until they reset monthly or upgrade.
Does archiving a client free a seat?
No. Once a client seat is used, it stays counted for that account. Archiving does not free it. Only the AI allowance resets monthly.
Can I upgrade mid-month?
Yes. Upgrades are immediate, with credit for the unused period of your current plan applied in billing.
How do I cancel or request a refund?
Contact support. Cancellations and refunds are handled through support so we can review the account and process the request correctly.
Is my clients’ data safe?
We use field-level encryption for personal data, health data, measurements, photos, and chat. Keys live in a vault, never in the browser. A stolen database is worthless.
Do my clients pay WeeFit?
No. A client you add as a coach uses the app free through your invite. You manage your own relationship and pricing with clients.
What about card fees?
Card payments run through a hosted payment page from a payment company. WeeFit never sees card numbers and takes nothing from your client payments. The fees are the payment company’s fees only.
When are the App Store and Google Play apps coming?
Soon. The web app is live today for coaches and invited clients, and the App Store and Google Play releases are coming without announcing a date before they are ready.
