Coach questions
Is WeeFit live now?
Yes. The web app is live for coaches today. iOS and Android apps are coming soon and must always be shown as coming soon.
Do I need a card to start?
No. The free plan needs no credit card and stays forever: 1 client and 10 AI actions per month.
What happens to a client seat when I archive a client?
Once a client seat is used, it stays used for that account. Archiving does not free it. Only the AI allowance resets monthly.
How do client payments work?
You can log cash as a payment, or send a hosted card payment page. WeeFit takes nothing from your client payments. The card company’s fee is the card company’s, and WeeFit never sees card numbers.
Can I upgrade or cancel?
Upgrading is immediate with credit for the unused period. Cancelling or a refund is handled by contacting support.
How do you protect client data?
Personal data, health data, photos, and chat are field-level encrypted. Keys stay in a vault and do not live in the browser. Coaches cannot edit client personal details, and deletion or erasure is available on request.
